Milk Education is working in partnership with a secondary academy in Enfield to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious department, delivering Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be passionate about numeracy, committed to raising attainment, and confident in supporting students of varying abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
3. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
4. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
5. Track progress and support students to achieve their full potential
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7. QTS (or be working towards QTS)
8. Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
9. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
10. A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
11. Availability to start ASAP
