Job Description
The Strategic OD Business Partner will:
3. Develop and implement organisational development strategies aligned with business goals.
4. Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure future readiness and capability.
5. Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural and behavioural change.
6. Design and deliver employee engagement programmes to improve satisfaction and retention.
7. Provide expert advice on leadership development and talent management strategies.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
9. Manage a small team of advisors.
10. Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all HR activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Strategic OD Business Partner should have:
11. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
12. Experience in organisational development or strategic HR roles within the public sector.
13. Strong knowledge of workforce planning and change management principles.
14. Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders effectively.
15. A track record of implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.
