About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sunbelt Rentals as an Operations Support Co-ordinator on a fixed term basis.
In this role, your days will be spent communicating with customers via telephone, email, and website requests, ensuring hires are delivered on time. You’ll manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Ensure that all transactions and documentation are recorded accurately and in line with both Sunbelt’s and Customer policies & procedures.
* Partner with rehire partners to identify and implement service and system efficiencies/improvements.
* Work in conjunction with all depots.
* Effectively manage Sunbelt systems procedures for a smooth hire process.
* Manage customer invoicing, monitor additional PO’s, and provide financial reports.

To succeed as an Operations Support Co-ordinator, you should bring:
* Experience in Customer Service or similar roles.
* Experience in project involvement or organizing people.
* Previous billing experience (advantageous).
* Exceptional written and communication skills, including negotiation and influencing abilities.
* The ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
* Good judgment and initiative for decision-making in line with company policies.
* A collaborative and supportive team approach.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A commitment to continuous improvement, suggesting and acting on process enhancements.
* Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new IT systems.
