Solicitor - Clinical Negligence Team
Location: Shrewsbury, Hereford or Conwy (Flexible)
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our highly regarded Clinical Negligence Team based in either our Shrewsbury, Hereford or Conwy office.
This role offers the chance to work alongside a nationally recognised team of specialist lawyers with extensive expertise across a broad spectrum of clinical negligence claims. You will be involved in managing and assisting with high-quality, complex, and varied cases, including work relating to the nationally significant Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust Maternity cases.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and progressing a caseload of clinical negligence claims.
* Assisting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters.
* Providing clear, empathetic, and professional advice to clients.
* Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing cases for settlement discussions or litigation.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional client care.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Clinical Negligence Team.
* Participating in business development and networking activities to support the growth of the department.
* Maintaining compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm procedures.
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence work.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
* Be able to manage competing priorities effectively and work proactively within a team environment.
* Show attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Be motivated to develop specialist expertise within clinical negligence litigation.
