As a Branch Manager based in Bath, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, developing, and motivating the team
* Focusing on sales and growth
* Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with stakeholders
* Managing daily branch operations, adhering to policies, health & safety, and leading the team
Qualifications for success:
* Industry experience in Trade, Plumbing and Heating, or Distribution
* Strong focus on sales growth and team development
We are also open to considering an Assistant Branch Manager seeking their first management role.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week.
