As a Lettings Manager, you will be offered:

As a Lettings Manager, your duties will be:
* Leading and motivating the Lettings team through daily meetings
* Supporting team development through regular performance reviews
* Listing and valuing rental properties
* Driving new business and maximising repeat business opportunities
* Negotiating offers and agreeing on new tenancies
* Ensuring full compliance with all current lettings legislation and regulatory bodies
What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:
* A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
* A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
* The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong IT skills and attention to detail
