Care Home Manager
Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Salary: Up to £52,000 plus bonus

I am recruiting for a home manager for a fantastic home, rated outstanding in one area, in the Stourport-on-Severn area for one of my favourite providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized, good-rated residential home.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent knowledge of regulations.
* Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care to residents.
* Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in care standards.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
* Currently managing a GOOD or OUTSTANDING care home with marketing experience.
* Demonstrated passion for care and commitment to enhancing resident wellbeing; a strong leader who is happy to adapt to changes.
* Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
