Role Summary
The Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead supports the solution onboarding program across all KDN functions—Audit, Tax, and Advisory. The role involves aligning with KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers on onboarding priorities. Responsibilities include driving the requirements gathering phase for solutions, working through the Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for new solutions, and developing a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation to facilitate TOM Blueprint implementation. The role also involves tracking KPIs, identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline onboarding.
How you will make your mark
* Act as a subject matter expert on the Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions
* Lead the design of scalable TOMs aligned with KDN’s goals
* Liaise with stakeholders such as GDC Transformation, HR, and Technology teams
* Develop implementation plans for new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures
* Guide the implementation of the TOM, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
* Communicate progress and achievements of TOM implementation to stakeholders
This is the job for you if you have
* Professional experience leading transformation programs in Fortune 500 companies
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; master's or advanced degree preferred
* Experience in deploying Global Delivery Models such as Business Services, Shared Services, and COEs
* Proven experience in organizational strategy and high-performance team building
* Ability to drive strategic discussions in a matrixed organization
* Strong presentation, analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Experience collaborating across functions and levels within organizations
* Knowledge of project management frameworks, including risk management and budgeting
