We are seeking positive and dependable Primary Supply Teachers to work with a range of friendly and supportive primary schools across Hedge End and nearby areas. This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy flexible working, variety, and making a positive impact across KS1 and KS2.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
Recent experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2
A calm, positive and flexible approach to supply work
Strong behaviour management and the ability to settle quickly into new classrooms
Confidence delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Professionalism, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
What the Role Involves
Providing high-quality teaching in day-to-day, short-term and longer-term supply placements
Delivering pre-planned lessons and adapting teaching where necessary
Creating a welcoming, well-managed and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils’ progress, confidence and well-being
Working in partnership with school staff and following safeguarding and school policies
