Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
* Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and maintain records.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
* Experience with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plus.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Stay calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
* Know our products well to answer questions; process orders, forms, and requests.
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions and communicate with colleagues as needed.
* Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
* Be comfortable using computers, Excel, Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Emails), Zoom.
* Previous experience in online customer support is a plus.
Further Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree is a plus.
* Reliable with deadlines and capable of working under pressure.
* Professional photography skills using a camera are highly appreciated.
* Create visually appealing website banners and imagery to enhance online shopping.
* Experience in creative jobs like design or social media is advantageous.
* Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
* Knowledge of fulfillment processes or courier tracking systems.
* Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Willdesk).
* Interest in personal care, grooming, or wellness sectors.
