Candidates will need to have proven experience in a Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager / Operations Manager / Workshop Manager, or similar role with a track record of delivering on targets, quality, process (lean and continuous improvement) and H&S through high level leadership. Manufacturing Manager – The role: As the Manufacturing Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest quality and on time delivery. * Managing, coaching and mentoring an operations team. * Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
