What You'll Do:
* Run the show at both locations, splitting your time between Bangor and Belfast.
* Whip up creative, drool-worthy brunch menus (think fluffy pancakes, avo toast perfection, and maybe some wild specials).
* Keep the kitchens humming—manage stock, ensure quality, and nail food safety standards.
* Train and inspire our talented kitchen teams to bring their A-game every day.
* Work with front-of-house to keep the good vibes flowing for our guests.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in brunch or casual dining.
* A knack for creating dishes that make people say, "Wow, I need to Instagram this."
* Strong leadership skills—you're the kind of person who can rally a team through a crazy brunch rush.
