Job Description G&H Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to support vulnerable individuals in their own homes across Walsall and Stoke-on-Trent .
The ideal candidate should be reliable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care while promoting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and medication prompts.
Support clients with mobility and transferring.
Carry out light household duties including cleaning and laundry.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Complete daily care notes and report any concerns.
Travel between client homes throughout the day (mileage covered depending on client).
Requirements Full UK driving licence OR international driving licence
Own car is essential
Previous care experience preferred but not mandatory (training can be provided)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Right to work in the UK
Ability to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends)
A caring, patient and reliable attitude
