Role Description
This is a role specifically aimed at those with experience in workplace fit out and relocations management.
This is a contract role for a Project Manager based in Greater London, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work from home.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the workplace project.
Day-to-day tasks include developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with design and construction teams, handling logistics, and ensuring compliance with project milestones will be part of the role.
Regular reporting and client communication are also key components .
Qualifications
* Experience in workplace fit out Project Management is essential
* A solid knowledge of fit out construction procurement methodology will be required
* Skills in expediting along with strong communication skills will be required together with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field is preferred
* Experience in corporate relocations or workplace transitions is required
