Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the medical team promptly.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the clinical environment.
Qualifications
* Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.
* Proven experience in patient care settings is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £18.00-£24.00 per hour
