Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, with occasional Saturday mornings (on a rota and paid accordingly)
We are looking for a friendly and organised full-time Administrator. This is a great opportunity to become part of a welcoming team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Preparing documents and updating records
* Supporting the sales and rental teams with day-to-day administration
* Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure a high level of service
* Assisting with general office management to ensure everything runs efficiently
What we're looking for:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence using computers and standard office software
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed
Previous experience in administration is helpful but not essential—we're happy to provide training for the right candidate.
