Overview
Provide strategic financial guidance to the General Manager & hotel team. Manage month-end & year-end processes, producing accurate, timely financial reporting. Assisting in the development of annual budgets in collaboration with other departments. Drive cost-efficiency and profitability while supporting long-term growth plans. Responsibilities
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other key financial partners. Coordinating internal & external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, tax laws, including the preparation and filing of tax returns. Overseeing the accounts payable function and managing accounts receivable. Supervising payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Be present and proactive - this is a highly visible role requiring engagement with the wider operations team. Extremely commercial with a strong understanding of F&B and operational performance metrics. Confident, collaborative and solutions-focused, with the ability to work closely with non-finance teams. Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality finance - ideally within premium or midscale hotels. Company Description
