Responsibilities and duties of the Project Development Manager role Reporting to the Engineering and Design Director you will: Lead project development and stakeholder engagement with clients, regulatory bodies, and supply chain partners, translating technical concepts into accessible language. Manage and support the delivery of decarbonisation projects, including feasibility studies and retrofit implementations. Conduct techno-economic assessments covering a wide range of measures including heat pumps, PV installations, HVAC upgrades, and ECMs (Energy Conservation Methods). Develop costed energy and carbon models aligned with net-zero targets and funding eligibility criteria.
