Salary Range: £105-£120 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in schools across Nottingham. This role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals with a passion for education to gain hands-on classroom experience, manage classes independently, and support students in their learning journey.

Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise students in the absence of their usual class teacher.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support the learning and well-being of all pupils in your care.
* Provide feedback to the appropriate teaching staff regarding student performance.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Confidence in leading a class with a calm and supportive approach.
* A genuine interest in education and a desire to make a positive impact.
* A genuine passion for working with young learners and supporting their development.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
