Production Manager 35k-45k Campsie Position Overview: The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations for laminate systems, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, safety, and on-time delivery. This role manages personnel, schedules, equipment, materials, and continuous-improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and develop production teams across laminate system assembly, machining, pressing, and finishing operations. Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while Monitor production KPIs (output, scrap, downtime, efficiency) and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows. Oversee equipment performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize unplanned downtime. Manage inventory of laminates, substrates, adhesives, hardware, and related production materials. Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in laminate panels, casework, millwork, or similar engineered materials. Strong understanding of laminate systems production processes (pressing, bonding, CNC machining, finishing). Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.
