Supervisor - Telford, Shropshire Job Type: 40 hour per week contract Putt Putt Social is an Asian-inspired Adventure Golf Bar created by the team behind Flip Out and Boom Battle Bar. With exciting expansion plans across the UK, we’re changing the game when it comes to crazy golf – combining immersive entertainment, bold Asian street food, and fully stocked bars. We’re looking for a Guest-Focused Supervisor to join our team in Telford. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who: Has at least 2 years of bar experience Has supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment Is 18 years or older Can reliably commute to the Telford venue (must be a driver or live locally ) Is flexible and available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Thrives in a high-energy, customer-facing role and leads by example Key Responsibilities Lead and manage shifts across bar, kitchen, and reception Deliver an outstanding guest experience every time Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards Oversee stock management and minimise waste Handle customer enquiries and feedback with professionalism Take charge of the venue in the absence of senior management Support and motivate the team, leading from the front Assist with incident and health & safety procedures Contribute to the overall energy and positive atmosphere of the venue About You Energetic, confident, and hands-on A strong communicator with good problem-solving skills Organised and proactive in leading a team Comfortable multitasking across departments First aid certified (preferred but not essential) Basic IT skills and till/booking system experience Contract & Hours £27,000 per annum 40 hour contract Must have full availability including weekend and evenings Location This role is based at Putt Putt Social, Telford.
