Description
Support line managers with HR-related queries and provide practical advice on employment matters.
Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR activities.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on workforce data and trends.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the company.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Advise and support managers with performance management and development processes.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Driving licence and own vehicle
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Job Offer
