As part of the HR team team, youll play a valuable role in (remotely) supporting learning initiatives across multiple offices and teams. Youll be joining a friendly and collaborative group who work closely with professionals and support specialists to help them build their skills and reach their potential. The Role: This Learning Coordinator role is varied with few days the same. Youll help keep training activity organised and up to date, support the planning and coordination of learning programmes, and make sure participants have everything they need to get the most out of their training / development sessions. You might be arranging upcoming workshops, preparing materials, checking in with external training providers, updating our intranet pages, or helping welcome new joiners by sharing the right information at the right time. From time to time, you may also travel to one of our offices to support in-person events or workshops. Theres also plenty of scope to get involved in team projects and contribute ideas on how we can keep improving what we do. Requirement: Were hoping to find someone who is: A confident communicator who enjoys working with colleagues at all levels Organised and comfortable juggling different tasks Careful with the details, but also able to see the bigger picture Curious about learning and development Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems Proactive, flexible and happy working both independently and as part of a team Ideally at least 1 year experience in a similar role or in a professional service environment.
