We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Lead
This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the future of our CRM ecosystem and ensuring our systems support families, nurseries and central teams effectively.
You’ll lead both the strategic evolution and hands-on development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, particularly the Sales module that supports enquiries, conversions and family engagement.
Working closely with our Solution Architect and mentoring a Junior Developer, you’ll design, build and optimise solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring they are scalable, secure and aligned with our long-term vision.

What you’ll be doing
Leading the evolution of our CRM platform
1. Lead the design, development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales module)
2. Shape the long-term roadmap for our CRM and Power Platform solutions
3. Work with stakeholders to prioritise improvements and manage the development backlog
4. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Building powerful solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform
5. Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support business processes
6. Design and implement Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and automation
7. Configure workflows, business process flows, forms and advanced customisations in Dynamics 365
8. Support integrations between Dynamics, Microsoft 365 and other organisational systems
Ensuring strong governance, security and performance
9. Implement robust data governance and GDPR compliant practices
10. Manage role-based security models, permissions and access controls
11. Maintain audit trails and security logs across the platform
12. Lead data cleansing, deduplication and data quality initiatives
Managing development and delivery
13. Oversee the full development lifecycle across environments (Dev, Test, UAT and Production)
14. Support deployments, version control and release management using tools such as Azure DevOps
15. Document technical solutions, processes and system architecture
16. Ensure solutions remain scalable, stable and aligned with organisational goals
Coaching and supporting colleagues
17. Line manage and mentor a Junior Developer
18. Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
19. Provide training and guidance to users to improve adoption of Dynamics and Power Platform
20. Create clear documentation, process diagrams and presentations for stakeholders

Has the right experience and skills
21. Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
22. Hands-on development experience across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
23. Ability to design scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs
24. Experience managing system integrations across Microsoft ecosystems
25. Knowledge of development lifecycle management and release processes
26. Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps for deployment and version control
