Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Windsor for a Children’s Care Home Person. The role involves supporting the physical, emotional, and educational needs of children in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily routines, building positive relationships with the children, providing guidance and emotional support, and assisting with their overall development. The role requires active collaboration with other professionals and will be deeply supported by our provision of extensive training to encourage career growth.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues
* Excellent customer service skills to manage relationships with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders effectively
* Ability to adapt quickly, provide emotional support, and address the needs of children with empathy and patience
* Experience working in child care, social work, or related fields is advantageous
* A background in trauma-informed care and familiarity with therapeutic practices is a plus
* Qualifications in childcare, social work, or a related discipline are preferred.
