Role Purpose:
Join our dynamic team as a Service Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in keeping people and properties protected! You'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining cutting-edge intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems—ensuring they operate at peak performance. Occasionally, you'll also take on installation projects, bringing security solutions to life. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll provide top-tier service while upholding the highest industry standards. This role offers on- target earnings (OTE) of up to £60,000.
We would consider applicants from the following areas: Dartford, Godstone and Surrounding areas.
Role Responsibilities:
* Inspect, maintain, and install intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems to ensure peak performance and security.
* Manage your own workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet service and installation deadlines.
* Diagnose issues, repair faults, and replace components as needed to keep systems operating reliably.
* Complete all paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
* Keep your vehicle stocked with essential materials and tools to maximize efficiency on the job.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, providing expert advice and support with a professional approach.
* Participate in the standby and call-out rota, responding swiftly to urgent service needs
Qualifications and Experience:
* A relevant qualification or equivalent in the electrical industry.
* Current full driving license.
* Experience of working in a service environment.
