We are looking for a Customer Support & Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2026. In this full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), you’ll be at the heart of supporting customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Processing referrals and responding to enquiries via email and phone ✅ Supporting customers attending duty appointments at our Pembroke office ✅ Liaising with referral partners and ensuring smooth communication ✅ Helping to gather data and monitor system checks for KPI reporting We understand flexibility is important, so while we’d ideally like someone full-time, we’re open to a part-time option for the right candidate.
