Supporting the Senior HR Manager, the HR Assistant will work across the following key areas: Recruitment Administration Offer & Onboarding Administration Employee Lifecycle Administration Absence Administration Learning & Engagement Support Compliance & Data Management The ideal candidate for the role of HR Assistant will be: * CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards) * Previous HR administration experience within a fast-paced commercial environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities * Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively * Strong attention to detail * Confident IT and HR systems user * High level of confidentiality and professionalism
