Office Administrator

My client is looking for an experienced friendly office administrator. They have recently relocated their business to Cheltenham and would like to find someone local to join a small team.
The main purpose of the role is to support clients and suppliers over the phone and by email. You will need to be incredibly organised, methodical, calm, and collective and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 4:15pm.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Answer telephone calls and queries professionally, accurately and consistently
* Monitor, manage and action incoming emails
* Liaise with customers on the progress of their enquiry
* Chase up and monitor progress of the orders and deliveries
* Raise purchase orders/ credit notes, check and process invoices
* Processing deliveries
* Managing stock / ordering stationary
* Some account work – marking off payments received and chasing overdue invoices
* Participating in Trade fairs to represent the company and supporting the team.
Skills, experience, and attributes required:
* At least 1 year experience in a customer service or admin role
