Key duties include:
1. Booking flights with airlines and agents
2. Raising export customs entries on CDS (Descartes)
3. Manifesting, pre-alerting flights, and raising MAWBs
4. Liaising with HMRC on customs amendments and statuses
5. Warehouse support including labelling, bagging, and shipment checks
