This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded, senior finance leader to take ownership of strategic financial management, investor relations, and M&A activity across an international, fast-growing business.The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you will build and scale the finance function, driving strategic financial planning, board reporting, and PE sponsor engagement. You will play a central role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, supporting acquisitions, and ensuring a robust finance infrastructure to scale the business globally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, board reporting, and investor communicationsManage the relationship with the private equity sponsorDrive M&A activity: valuation, structuring, and integrationOversee debt, covenants, and banking relationshipsBuild, develop, and lead a high-performing finance teamEnhance systems, processes, and financial infrastructureProvide data-driven recommendations to the CEO and board10–15 years’ experience in finance, including CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance rolesProven experience in PE-backed or high-growth, multi-entity SaaS businessesStrong experience in debt financing and capital structure managementStrategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused approachThis role is ideal for a senior finance leader looking to take ownership of a high-impact finance function in a PE-backed SaaS business, with exposure to board-level decision making and M&A growth initiatives.
