Job Title: Senior CAD Technician Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid working – 1day WFH) Salary: £DOE The Role We are seeking a number a Senior CAD Technician to join a growing practice in their Essex office. As the successful candidate you’ll have a strong background working on drawings for large scale residential developments for either housebuilders and housing associations. This practice are open to candidates from an architecture firm or housebuilder. The Company This company is a multi-disciplinary practice works across residential schemes, commercial, landscape, urban design, healthcare, interior design, sports & leisure facilities and retail projects.
