We’re hiring: Contracts Manager – Civils
Regional Role | Senior Leadership Position
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Midlands. This is a senior role offering real influence over project performance, profitability, and team development in a region on course to double turnover in the next 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all contractual and commercial aspects of projects
* Manage pre-construction activities and contract administration
* Oversee subcontractor & supplier procurement
* Control, forecast, and report project costs (monthly reporting)
* Manage change control internally and with clients
* Support project planning for on-time, on-budget delivery
* Attend and lead client progress & coordination meetings
* Support and develop Project Managers & Site Agents
* Drive continuous improvement and best practice
About You:
You’ll have strong experience in civils or infrastructure, excellent commercial awareness, and proven leadership capability. You’ll be organised, proactive, confident in decision-making, and committed to safety, quality, and team development.
