Business Development Manager – Creative Digital Solutions
Up to £40,000 + Commission | Hybrid | Gloucestershire
We’re hiring on behalf of an exciting fast-growing, innovative creative software company. You'll be the driving force behind new business development — sourcing leads, nurturing them into long-term partnerships, and selling bespoke, interactive digital solutions. Working closely with internal design, development, and project management teams, you’ll guide clients through innovative projects, from pitch to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow your own portfolio of client accounts
* Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to closing and account growth
* Collaborate with creative teams to shape and present digital product ideas
* Build lasting relationships through trust, service, and proactive communication
* Report on sales activity, pipeline, and KPIs (weekly/monthly)
* Travel to client sites in the UK and internationally as needed
* Contribute to strategic growth and team targets
* Own gross margin and budget considerations on your accounts
What We’re Looking For:
* A driven, proactive sales professional with experience in B2B or solution-led sales
* Ideally experience within the Events industry
* Minimum 2 years in sales, skilled at both hunting new business and nurturing these relationships
* Commercially sharp, customer-focused, and creatively curious
* Comfortable discussing budgets, negotiating terms, and closing deals
* Willingness to travel (UK + overseas) and occasionally work weekends when needed
* Strong communicator with the confidence to guide clients through bespoke projects
