Role: Quality Technician
Location: Crewkerne
Duration: 6 months (likely extensions) (Possibility for perm)
Rate: £14.36/hour

Main Duties:
* Follow health and safety guidelines, maintain 5S standards, and ensure proper PPE use.
* Perform component measurements and maintain records within PPAP and ISIR processes.
* Support calibration and control of metrology equipment.
* Maintain Metrology lab to 5S standards and QMS requirements.
* Assist in change management related to product or process verification.
* Support other quality team members as needed.
* Manage handheld gauge calibration processes.
* Prioritize tasks with the quality team.
* Assist in PPAP progression and internal growth projects.
* Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Key Accountabilities:
* Participate in Health and Safety activities.
* Assess product conformity, determine disposition, and describe problems for resolution.
* Support structured problem-solving activities.
* Deliver work according to business priorities.
* Promote quality initiatives and mindset.
* Contribute to site improvement or growth projects.
* Support Quality HPT initiatives and weekly reports.
