Marketing Executive You will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Cortex and Metrica. This role is designed to create a talent pool community which will be achieved by using all aspects of the marketing mix across Digital Marketing, Events Marketing and Community Management. The relationship begins once they graduate from university and start their career journey. We track their progress and provide relevant, useful and insightful content to maintain contact while they gain professional experience in the workplace. As they develop in their specialist field, we can then begin to introduce opportunities for the next step up in their career that Cortex and Metrica are hiring for. Our in-house training will provide you with a full understanding of the IT and Data Science candidate target market. You will begin to run a full range of marketing activities to enrich the data on existing candidates, attract new candidates and build and maintain a talent pool community by; Managing an engaged online community through networking platforms Creating social media and website content Creating and hosting quarterly webinars and one live social event in London a year Generate positive social reviews Manage candidate referral programme Email marketing Research surveys Why This Role?
