Our top performers earn 7% on £120,000-£150,000 in monthly deals, while our average performers make 5% on £50,000-£70,000, with the potential to achieve £75k+ in average earnings combining base salary and commission.
We're seeking individuals with a minimum of five years in high-ticket B2B sales, ideally in property or investment, who are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable thriving under pressure. You'll stay on top of multiple deals simultaneously, negotiate and close property deals on the same day, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
