Join us as a Quality Assurance Professional, where you will lead and coordinate quality assurance across our manufacturing processes, product development, and project execution. Imagine embedding quality standards throughout the entire value chain—from design and production to delivery - ensuring operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will engage with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives that optimize process capability and reduce variation. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring that quality is integrated seamlessly from the sales phase through to project delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS) across manufacturing operations.
2. Lead internal audits, manage non-conformance processes, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
3. Oversee product validation, testing, and inspection protocols to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
4. Serve as Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP), ensuring quality is integrated from the sales phase through to project delivery.
5. Train and upskill the New Product Development (NPD) teams in the latest quality tools, embedding quality milestones in all development plans.
What You Bring
6. Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
7. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to drive cultural change and foster a quality-focused environment.
10. You are enthusiastic about renewable energy issues and have the potential to educate and train others in energy efficiency practices.
