We’re hiring a talented Account Manager to support a portfolio of existing commercial and public sector clients in the Electric Vehicle Charger space. You’ll build and nurture strategic relationships, identify growth opportunities within your accounts and ensure client retention across your portfolio.
Monthly/Quarterly client meetings / service reviews
Contract management life-cycle including SLA management and contract renewal negotiations.
Account growth – actively seek opportunities within your accounts to grow the account and Blinks overall network. Salesforce
Ensure a high level of service is delivered to your portfolio of clients.
Able to deliver a high level of customer service
Strong stakeholder management skills
Contract life-cycle management including SLA management and strong negotiation skills
Hybrid working - once trained and able to demonstrate a suitable DSE set up at home
