Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
* Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure easy access to information.
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
* Perform additional duties as required to support the team's objectives.
Skills
* Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
