* Strong understanding of the operational aspects of physical commodity trading, including logistics, settlements, documentation, and inventory management.
* Experience within a banking or financial markets environment.
* Exposure to Metals and/or Energy products is highly desirable.
* Understanding of trade finance processes and documentation would be advantageous.
* Strong risk and control mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
* A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence.
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Why consider this opportunity?

* Work closely with senior stakeholders and Front Office teams.
* Gain exposure to a broad range of physical commodity products and transactions.
* Play a key role in shaping and enhancing operational processes and controls.
* Be part of a collaborative, high-performing environment where your expertise will have a direct impact on business success.

If you're passionate about commodities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy combining operational excellence with commercial awareness, we'd love to hear from you.
