Part time Payroll Administrator based at the head office in Bugbrooke, you’ll be part of a friendly, experienced finance team of 15. We’re looking for someone with payroll and/or pensions administration experience who lives within easy reach of Bugbrooke. This is a part-time role within a supportive team of three payrollers. Part-Time Payroll & Pensions Administrator – Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire What You’ll Be Doing: Pension calculations and record maintenance Submitting pension figures and processing new starters Reviewing Right to Work documentation Advising employees on PAYE and NIC queries Manual tax and NI calculations Payroll reconciliations and statutory deductions Calculating wages, overtime, holiday pay, and more Processing BACS payments and year-end procedures Collaborating with HR on employee data and contracts ♀️ About You: Experienced in payroll/pensions administration Friendly, flexible, and a team player Accurate, confidential, and customer-focused Good Excel skills What’s in It for You: Contributory pension 24 days holiday Flexible part time hours On-site parking Supportive, welcoming team This is a retained assignment with Warner Recruitment.
