Join a dynamic team of Finance Assistants to meet the processing requirements of the Finance Department. This is an 18-month contract role that requires full-time hours, with hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
1. High volume invoice processing
2. Organising payment runs
3. Reconciliations
4. Allocating payments and transactions
5. Dealing with transaction queries
6. Providing support to the wider Finance team as needed
About You:
1. Proven experience in a full finance function
2. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with other finance systems
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
6. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
