Reach Truck Driver Wellingborough £13.10 per hour Monday to Friday | 8:00am 5:00pm Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Reach Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who takes pride in working accurately, safely and efficiently. The Role You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound stock, ensuring goods are processed in line with company procedures and health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities Receiving, inspecting and checking incoming pallets and packages Accurately receipting, putting away and picking stock using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Preparing outbound orders including picking, packing, labelling, wrapping and dispatch Operating Reach Truck and other MHE equipment where licensed Carrying out manual handling duties Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE Supporting other warehouse functions when required (e.g., unloading containers, packing, general duties) Skills & Experience Previous warehouse experience Valid Reach Truck licence (essential) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic computer skills (WMS, scanners, inventory systems) Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Reliable, punctual and proactive Desirable (Not Essential) Counterbalance or PPT licence Experience loading and unloading lorries or containers Whats on Offer Competitive hourly rate Monday to Friday shifts no weekends Stable, ongoing work Supportive team environment If you are an experienced Reach Truck Driver looking for consistent hours and a long-term opportunity, apply today and our team will be in touch.
