Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team.


Role

As Product Marketing Manager at Sepura, you’ll define and amplify the positioning of our TETRA and broadband products and solutions, translating technical capabilities into compelling market stories. You’ll work closely with Product Strategy, Sales, and the wider Marketing team to drive awareness, enable sales, and grow demand — ensuring messaging resonates with mission‑critical and business‑critical users and is aligned to business strategy.

Responsibilities

* Craft compelling, differentiated messaging and value propositions for Sepura’s portfolio of mission‑critical communication solutions.
* Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse customer segments across public safety (e.g. police, fire, emergency services) and business‑critical sectors (e.g., utilities, transportation, mining).
* Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, product narratives, and elevator pitches that align with customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
* Plan and execute product launches and feature rollouts, collaborating with product strategy, sales and marketing.
* Collaborate with Marketing to synchronise campaign timing, messaging, and content across digital, social, and field channels.
* Integrated Marketing Collaboration
* Ensure product messaging is consistently reflected across all touchpoints:
o Content: Develop whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and customer success stories.
o Digital: Support creation of SEO‑optimised landing pages and product microsites.
o Demand Generation: Contribute to campaign strategy, webinar planning, and lead nurturing.
* Equip the global sales team with high‑impact tools and collateral, including:
o Sales presentations, product one‑pagers, competitive battlecards, objection handling guides, and customer solutions brochures.
* Contribute to sales training sessions and onboarding programs to ensure deep understanding of product capabilities, positioning, and differentiation.
* Act as a strategic partner to Sales, gathering feedback and iterating on enablement materials.
* Gather market size data and research key target markets to support strategic sales initiatives into new geographies and market sectors.
* Collaborate with Product Strategy, Sales and Customer Support teams to gather voice‑of‑customer insights, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
* Translate insights into actionable buyer personas, segmentation strategies, and refined messaging.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product positioning and roadmap alignment.
* Performance Measurement & Optimisation
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
o Pipeline influence, product adoption rates, win/loss ratios, and content engagement metrics.
* Analyse campaign and GTM performance to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.


Day to Day

* Define product positioning and craft compelling messaging for TETRA and broadband solutions.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Strategy, Sales, and Marketing to align go‑to‑market strategies.
* Lead product launches, managing timelines, goals, and performance tracking.
* Create content including whitepapers, case studies, and SEO‑optimised web assets.
* Support sales enablement with tools like presentations, battlecards, and training sessions.
* Gather market intelligence and customer insights to refine messaging and strategy.
* Create compelling customer value propositions
* Measure performance of campaigns and GTM activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.

This job involves some travelling, including internationally. Successful applicants should have a full, clean driving licence, their own car and a valid passport. Travel expenses will be paid.


What you need to succeed


Must‑haves

* Solid B2B and B2G Product Marketing experience (technology sector experience is desirable) with a track record of understanding target markets, target buyers and developing and implementing successful go‑to‑market strategies to launch and scale new solutions.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally, with experience of working closely with a sales organisation.
* Proven ability to take technical product and uncover, position and articulate compelling value propositions.
* Ability to quickly grasp technical features and customer needs.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly translating complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences (engineering, public sector buyers, sales channels, end users).
* Experienced in creating content for assets such as whitepapers, one‑pagers, training materials, and webinar presentations.


Qualifications

* Business or Marketing Degree/HNC/HND.


Experience and Skills

* Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally, with experience of working closely with a sales organisation.
* Proven ability to take technical product and uncover, position and articulate compelling value propositions.
* Ability to quickly grasp technical features and customer needs.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly translating complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences (engineering, public sector buyers, sales channels).

Nice to have


Qualifications

* Telecommunications, Electronics or Engineering Degree/HNC/HND.


Experience and Skills

* Background in a technical marketing role is a plus.
* Mobile Computing Device experience in B2B markets is a plus.
* Industry experience in Mission Critical telecommunications is a plus, preferably in Land Mobile Radio.
* Operational user experience / HMI background is a plus.
