A luxury property developer who operate in the UK are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their site team supporting the Aftercare Department in their head office in Dartford\n\nTo be successful within this role you must have good knowledge of the New Build Industry as well as have the confidence dealing with customers at all levels as well as diagnosing defects\n\nDay to day duties:\n\nDealing with customer via phone & email as well as face to face\nTalking through the defect with the customer, booking in engineers where needed or subcontractors for specialist issues\nMonitoring the Central Customer Service email inbox\nDelivering excellent customer service on all levels as well as being the first point of contact for the team\nUpdating the CRM system with all communication with the customer\nClosing the job down on the system once completed\nBooking in engineers & subcontractors to carry out works\nMaintaining good relationships with sub contractors for the specialised works\nDealing with purchase order invoices \n\nIf you would like to apply for this role please do so below or for more information please contact Zoe Georgiou at the Fawkes & Reece London office
