What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef
* DBS is preferred, but not necessary!
* Skilled in preparing fresh, high-quality food in volume
* A positive, professional attitude
* Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
* Driving is preferred, but not essential

* Menu planning & food preparation
* Allergen awareness and dietary requirements
* Team leadership and kitchen management
* Stock control and ordering
* Food hygiene & health & safety (We can Refresh it)
* Experience in schools, care homes, hospitals, or similar settings (preferred, not necessary
