What you will do as a Barista
9. Knowledge of content and method of preparation of all beverage items in the menu
10. Accountable to assist in all preparation required prior to opening
11. Responsible to ensure correct stock is requisitioned, checked and stored in the bar
12. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
13. Responsible to ensure cleanliness of bar is maintained including fixtures and fittings
14. Assisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints
15. Maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling
16. Providing all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities
