HGV Class 1 Drivers
Location: Burton-on-Trent (DE14)
Pay Rates:
* Monday to Friday (Days): £16.87/hr
* Monday to Friday (Nights): £18.10/hr
* Saturday: £21.09/hr
* Sunday: £22.63/hr
* Minimum Pay: 9.6 hours per shift guaranteed
* Shifts: Flexible patterns available | Night work | Ongoing & Temp-to-Perm
What the role involves:
* Trunking to NDCs (no handball)
* Yard shunting work available
* Curtain-sided trailer work
* Coordinating with the transport team before and after shifts
* Load checks and paperwork completion
* Liaising with site security and warehouse staff
* Full compliance with tachograph and working time regulations
* Pre-assessment drug and alcohol screening required
