We are currently looking to appoint a new Portal Administrator / Scheduler located at our office in Newcastle upon Tyne.Basic Salary - £26,000 per annumPension, Life Assurance & much more. - Please see our generous remuneration packages belowMarlowe Fire & Security's Portal Administrator / Scheduler'sPlay an essential role in providing an effective and professional service to our customers, acting as a single point of contact for our customers whilst providing excellent customer support. Whilst efficiently and profitably scheduling and dispatching service and maintenance engineers in order to complete correcting and preventative maintenance visits in line with customer requirements and industry standards.The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with both internal and external customers.Monitor client portal ensuring all information is up to date in line with specific customer instructionsUpdate our in house system, portals, adding jobs and scheduling attendanceFamiliarity of using an in house, external systems and databases - Cash4Windows (C4W) would be a significant advantage, but not mandatoryScheduling all work in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's)Proactively monitor engineer's activity to ensure that you touch base with all your engineer's daily, ensuring early dispatch and attendance of first job's, monitor throughout the day to ensure job completionBooking of works with sites in accordance with customer and site requirementsProcessing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time to allow invoice to be createdManagement of customer queries and complaints through to completionCompare data from the customer's database and our database to ensure both systems are alignedEscalate any potential problems to managementRequirementsWho We're Looking ForMarlowe Fire & Security consider our people our greatest asset.
